The Longevity Blueprint

Chronic Disease Prevention and Reversal

A Science-Based Path to Reclaim Your Energy, Confidence, and Future

Imagine waking up every morning with the same heavy dread…
Your body feels like it’s betraying you.

The fatigue that never lifts. The medications that only mask the symptoms. The fear that this is as good as it gets, watching life slip away while you search endlessly for answers that never quite work.

Does worry and fear have you Googling “how to reverse symptoms” at 2 am, only to find conflicting advice?

Are you asking ChatGPT for the perfect plan, yet your symptoms stubbornly persist?

Have you tried diets and supplements, but the promises still leave you feeling stuck and alone in the fight?

Your fight ends here.

For seven long years, we didn’t just read the research, we interrogated it. We cut through industry bias and hype, conflicting advice, and half-truths to uncover what actually moves the needle on chronic disease. Then we fused it with the most powerful, proven tools of behavioral science to rewire not just your habits… but your deep inner drive to follow through.

This is not another course. Not another book. Not another overwhelming plan you’ll abandon next month.

This is a deep, personal commitment.

We walk every single step with you, one-on-one, until the transformation sticks. You will never feel alone again. You will not fail for lack of support or motivation.

Because when someone finally has your back, everything changes.

Keith Westphal

Founder | Speaker | Educator

Keith is the founder of Blue World Foods, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to translating complex medical research into practical, evidence-based strategies for preventing and reversing chronic disease. With a degree in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University focused on consumer psychology, Keith combines his years of statistical analysis acumen with behavioral science to help people make lasting lifestyle changes.

Over the past seven years, Keith has analyzed more than 4,000 clinical studies on nutrition, metabolism, and chronic disease. A seven-year cancer survivor who has personally reversed multiple chronic health conditions through lifestyle interventions, he has shared science-backed health education with more than 400,000 people through social media and public speaking. His mission is to empower others with clear, unbiased, research-driven information that helps them reclaim their health.

Rana Tracy

ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

Rana is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Mental Health Coach, ReCODE 2.0 and Integrative Health Coach specializing in stress resilience, brain health, and sustainable behavior change. Through her work, she combines evidence-based coaching, neuroscience-informed strategies, and integrative wellness practices to help clients reduce stress, improve cognitive health, and create lasting lifestyle transformation.

Having grown up in a war zone, Rana understands firsthand the lasting impact of chronic stress and resilience. She has engaged in thousands of hours with people who appear successful on the outside but silently struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, or inner conflict. She also specializes in supporting individuals and caregivers implementing the PreCODE and ReCODE protocols to help prevent or slow cognitive decline. Her compassionate, personalized approach empowers clients to build healthier habits, strengthen emotional resilience, and optimize long-term brain health.

We would like to thank these scientists and doctors for their contributions and decades of research that further our understanding of health.

Dr. Dale Bredesen (UCLA/Apollo Health): A pioneer in neurodegenerative research who developed the Bredesen Protocol, a personalized program designed to prevent and reverse cognitive decline by addressing multiple metabolic and lifestyle factors.

Elissa Epel (UCSF): A health psychologist exploring the impact of chronic stress on cellular aging, with a specific focus on telomere maintenance and healthspan.

Li Gan (Weill Cornell Medicine): An expert in the molecular pathways of neurodegeneration, focusing on how the brain’s immune system influences Alzheimer’s disease.

Nathan Bryan (Baylor University/N1o1): A world-renowned expert in nitric oxide (NO) biochemistry. His research identifies NO as a “holy grail of longevity” due to its role in preventing telomere shortening, inducing mitochondrial biogenesis, and mobilizing stem cells for tissue repair.

Louis Ignarro (UCLA): A Nobel Laureate recognized for discovering nitric oxide as a signaling molecule in the cardiovascular system. His current work focuses on using NO to “age-proof” the vascular network to prevent heart disease and stroke.

Horvath (Altos Labs): The pioneer behind the “Horvath Clock,” the gold standard for measuring biological age through DNA methylation.

Morgan Levine (Altos Labs): A computational biologist who develops bioinformatics tools to track the aging process and predict disease risk.

Andrea B. Maier (National University of Singapore): A leading gerontologist focused on bringing biological age testing and geroscience interventions into mainstream clinical practice.

Nir Barzilai (Albert Einstein College of Medicine): Lead investigator of the TAME trial, which studies metformin as a potential anti-aging therapeutic.

Nicole Sirotin (Institute for Healthier Living): Specializes in personalized longevity medicine and functional health to optimize long-term quality of life.

Valter Longo (USC Longevity Institute): Known for his extensive research on the Fasting-Mimicking Diet (FMD) and its ability to trigger cellular regeneration and longevity.

Gabrielle Lyon (Muscle-Centric Medicine): A board-certified physician who views skeletal muscle as the “organ of longevity,” critical for metabolic health and physical independence.

Rhonda Patrick (FoundMyFitness): A biochemist and educator focusing on how micronutrients and environmental stressors (heat/cold) activate longevity pathways.

Dean Ornish (Preventive Medicine Research Institute): A pioneer in demonstrating that intensive lifestyle changes can reverse chronic diseases and lengthen telomeres.

Michael Snyder (Stanford University): A leader in “big data” medicine, using multi-omics and wearables to identify early signs of disease and aging-related decline.

Eric Verdin (Buck Institute): President of the Buck Institute, whose work focuses on the link between metabolism, epigenetics, and the aging process.

Aubrey de Grey (LEV Foundation): A biomedical gerontologist who advocates for the “damage repair” approach to eliminate the cellular side effects of metabolism.
